We provide flexible, professional domiciliary care services in South Birmingham and surrounding areas.
All Seasons Care is an independent agency with over 23 years experience of providing a visiting carer to you in your own home. With help from as little as one hour a week to up to several visits a day, a carer in your home can make all the difference. They can help with a wide range of tasks including housework, shopping, personal care, medication administration and social support.
We understand that everyone's needs are different, which is why we go out of our way to provide a bespoke care package based on individual requirements. We care for adults of all ages and with many varying medical conditions, the majority finance their care privately and some receive direct payments from BCC and top up the difference themselves.
Many of our clients come to us after being recommended by people who use or have used our service. We pride ourselves on our reputation and each carer is directly employed, expertly trained and managed by us. We use the latest Electronic Call Monitoring technology to monitor carers visits and receive live information on their whereabouts.
We only recruit the very best, throughout the training process, we're assessing and reviewing the carers who apply. We look for staff who are passionate, enthusiastic, caring and genuinely want to help others. We carry out background checks, apply for references, and an Enhanced DBS Disclosure is sought for each carer we employ. Carers are continuously monitored and receive regular supervisions and training updates.

Visits can be for 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and 60 minutes or longer

Elderly and adult care at home - day and night
Our principle services are day-to-day care of older people who wish to remain living at home as well as providing support for other adults at home or in supported living . We not only provide day time care but overnight care as well, from night sitters or sleep overs to waking nights. Services include personal care,housework, shopping, meal preparation, medication support and companionship.
From 1 hour visits to24 hour care packages
Our service is for adults aged 18 or older and we provide from as little as one call a week to 24 hour care packages. Our care staff are all trained and undergo a thorough induction programme and a DBS check before they can commence work. Care packages are flexible and we only ask for 48 hours notice to cancel a call.
Specialised care at home
Our specialised care service is designed to take care of you, your relative or friend with more complex needs such as disabilities as well as other long term health conditions which can make living at home challenging.
With the right facilities and support leading an independent life at home is achievable.
